I build web systems for events, SACCOs and fintech: ticketing, NFC access cards, payment reconciliation, and the portals that keep them running.

01Background

I'm a Computer Science graduate from Makerere University, and I've been writing production code for long enough to have opinions about it. IT has been my thing since long before it was my job title:

Most of what I've shipped sits at the intersection of payments, identity and access: mobile-money ticketing, NFC guest and SACCO cards, and the admin portals that keep everything reconciled. I have worked across fintech and agricultural-sector products in Uganda, usually owning a build from the database schema through to how it's actually used in the field.

Alongside development, I also do digital marketing and content work, so I tend to think about a product's positioning at the same time as its architecture.
